Marble Effect Film is a construction decorative film made from PVC lamination film and PVC membrane foil. It features waterproof, moistureproof and mildewproof properties and can be custom made in terms of thickness, width and rolling length. The packaging is done in roll and printing is available. It is suitable for all kinds of interior and exterior decoration.
Different processes may require different thickness and dimensions for their various applications. For instance, when used for office/home furniture, doors or other interior finishing, membrane press(vacuum press) with a thickness between 0.20 and 0.50mm, width between 850 and 1420mm and a length/roll of 100-300meters are recommended. When wrapping profiles, a thickness of 0.12-0.18mm, width of 40-1240mm and a length of 300-600meters are suitable. When cold laminating to cover all kinds of flat panels like wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel and PVC panel, the thickness should be 0.12-0.20mm with a width of 1240-1280mm and a length between 300 and 500 meters. Hot laminating should be used with a thickness between 0.15 and 0.30mm, width between 1000-1260mm and a length of 150-300 meters. Lastly, self-adhesive materials with a thickness of 0.10-0.20mm, width of 600-1220mm and a length of 5-50meters is ideal for furniture and interior decorations.
Vacuum press can apply to a wide range of materials, including MDF board, kitchen cabinet door, shaped MDF board and wooden board.
Membrane press can be used for a variety of materials. For instance, it has been found useful for shaped basement material, PVC sheet, plastic sheet and WPC.
Lamination works well on different materials, such as flat board, particleboard, plywood, plastic panel and metal sheet.
The wrapping process can be used with wooden, plastic and aluminum profile.
