PVC Film Inspection

1. We produce PVC film according to customer request thickness, which is the net thickness of PVC film,+-0.01mm.

2. PVC film width check before delivery, width 1260mm,1240mm,1400mm, we make same as your request,

the width depends on your machine's working area, usually 1240-1260mm.

3. PVC film net weight checking, which is used to check the same thickness of PVC film, same surface such as high gloss,

cut the same size to check its weight.

Packing & Delivery

1. Our standard packing for export normally is 16 rolls in one pallet.
2. The pallet is wrapped in stretch foil.
3.10 pallets are in 20'container or 20 pallets are in a 40' container.
4. Length of one roll is different depending on PVC film thickness.
