1.We produce PVC film according to customer request thickness,which are net thickness of PVC film,+-0.01mm.

2.PVC film width check before delivery,width 1260mm,1240mm,1400mm,we make same as your request,

the width depend on your machine working area,usually 1240-1260mm.

3.PVC film net weight checking,which used for check same thickness of PVC film,same surface such as high gloss,

cut same size to check it's weight.

Packing & Delivery

1.Our standard packing for export normally is 16 rolls in one pallet.
2.The pallet is wrapped by stretch foil.
3.10 pallets are in 20'container or 20 pallets are in a 40' container.
4.Length of one roll is different depending on PVC film thickness.
