1-Regarding production

For example, your PVC foil order thickness is 0.20mm, so we will try to prepare the raw material below
The transparent film is 0.08mm, the color film is 0.06mm, and the bottom film is 0.06mm, so the total is 0.20mm, which is for high gloss PVC decorative film products, the thickness will be different according to designs, surface, texture, etc.
For example, if you order matte wood grain PVC furniture foil with deep emboss, we should follow with net thickness, net thickness means before embossing, what thickness of raw material to reach to 0.20mm, so when you make an order for PVC foil supplier, you should check with them or tell them what you need is net thickness, for high gloss PVC film net thickness means not including protective film, for matte emboss PVC film net thickness means not including embossing.
For high gloss PVC film:
The net thickness is not including protective film, for example, if you make an order thickness of 0.30mm, we will produce the net thickness of 0.30mm, which means the protective film will be about 0.33mm.
For matte finish with embossed:
The net thickness is not including embossed,
for example, you make an order thickness of 0.35mm, if the item you choose with embossed,
it means the final thickness will be more than 0.35mm but it depends on the embossed, as the picture, it is about 0.39mm, and the net thickness is 0.35mm
